Under our remit, we monitor and convey research and other knowledge enhancement in matters concerning psychological defence. We also compile and disseminate knowledge based on current research in the field, but do not conduct any research of our own at the agency.

Research focus
Fields of research that the agency considers particularly important to support during 2023–2025 to enhance knowledge within psychological defence are:
- Defence willingness and the resilience of the population
- Democracy and freedom of expression
- Threat actors
